1:1 Mental Health Consultation

Gentle Guidance. No Pressure. Just Clarity.

Feel like you’re doing everything right… but still anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck?

You’re not broken. You’re just burnt out — and probably carrying too much without enough support.

This isn’t therapy.
This is a safe, 30-minute space to pause, breathe, and get expert guidance from someone who understands the emotional noise you’re navigating — without the pressure of starting long-term treatment.

  •   A calming space to talk through what’s really going on beneath the surface
   •   Personalized insights on your symptoms or stress responses
   •   Science-backed tools to help regulate your nervous system
   •   Simple shifts to create more peace in your everyday life
   •   Gentle next steps (only if you want them — no pressure)

This is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. This is education, reflection, and mental clarity — from a licensed therapist who’s walked this path with hundreds of others.

  • You’re anxious or overstimulated, even when life seems “fine”
  • You’ve tried therapy, books, or mindfulness — but still feel stuck
  • You want quick, targeted support without  committing to weekly sessions.
  • You’re curious about your nervous system, stress patterns, or burnout
  • You’re ready for insight that actually makes sense
  • It’s not a therapy session
  • It’s not covered by insurance
  • It’s not for crisis or emergency support

This is a private-pay consultation designed for reflection, clarity, and action.

$75 / 30 minutes via Zoom
(Booking is open. First come, first served.)

Q: Is this therapy?

No. This is a consultation — meaning you’ll receive expert insight and tools, but we won’t be diagnosing, treating, or forming an ongoing therapeutic relationship.

Yes! Since this isn’t therapy, I can work with anyone — no matter where you live.

You’ll receive a Zoom link and a short pre-session questionnaire to help us focus your time. That’s it.

Yes. You’re welcome to book multiple sessions if you find them helpful, but there’s no pressure or commitment.
